This is a network dropout. The app will reconnect automatically within 10-20 seconds on 4G. If odds remain frozen for longer, close and reopen the match page — your open bets and Cash Out remain active on the server side regardless of display issues on your phone.
My bet was not accepted during a live match
During wickets, boundaries and DRS reviews, markets suspend briefly and new bets are not accepted. Wait for the Suspended label to clear — usually 30-60 seconds — then try again. Your bet was not placed and your balance is unchanged.
Cash Out is not showing on my bet
Cash Out is not available on all markets. It is generally available on Match Winner and some other pre-match markets when placed before or during the match. It is not available on next ball, next over or player prop bets. Check the market terms when placing the bet.
